PLAST4H2 Project – Third Follow-up Meeting in Tenerife

On June 2nd and 3rd, the PLAST4H2 consortium held its third follow-up meeting in the town of Alcalá, Tenerife. The meeting brought together all project partners to assess the current status of the project, review the progress made in each work package, and share the latest technical developments and results. Discussions also focused on the coordination of upcoming tasks and the identification of synergies between partners to maximise the project’s impact.

We were pleased to welcome two new institutions to the consortium: Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU) andUniversité de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO). Both institutions presented their research teams and provided an overview of their roles and the specific activities they will carry out within PLAST4H2, contributing to the project’s scientific and technological objectives.

As part of the consortium agenda, Innoceana organized a guided snorkelling tour along the coastal waters of Tenerife. This activity provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration among partners while promoting awareness of the marine environment.
